We need jam-resistant GPS. I've heard rumors, but haven't seen or read anything specific.

I remember the Navy before GPS was everywhere. Before GPS was ubiquitous, we had weapons that had alternate tracking means, such as the early Tomahawk cruise missiles which could locate themselves by following the contours of terrain (TERCOM) or comparing the scene below to a pre-planned map (Digital Scene Mapping and Area Correlation). For navigation, there was NAVSAT and Loran-C. Resilient GPS seems like it would be challenging, as the resilience needs to lie in the strength/capabilities of the satellite signal. Maybe, but there are lots of things that cause problems/degradations with satellite systems, at least in a given area.
